Contact
Contact a Watsonville Plumber: What to Say, What to Have Ready and Who Answers
One phone number, one email address and a short list of what to have ready.
Call first, and have three things ready
The fastest way to reach us is to call. Email is available, but a plumbing problem rarely waits for a reply.
- The street address where the work is needed, including the town or community.
- What you see, hear or smell, in a sentence: where the water is, which fixtures are slow, how long it has been going on.
- Any deadline, such as a closing date or a family member arriving.
If water is still running, close the fixture valve or the main shutoff first and then call. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 or the gas utility from outside.
What happens when you call
The person who answers asks for your address and what is happening, then tells you whether we can help at that address. Nothing is scheduled until the address is confirmed.
This site does not use contact forms. A call is the only way to start a job, and the page on common plumbing questions answers the questions people ask most before they phone.
Email, for questions that can wait
For a question that is not urgent, write to [email protected]. Include your street address and a short description. For anything involving water on the floor or sewage, call instead.
Our address is 1521 Main St, Watsonville, CA 95076
