What this site collects, what loads from other companies and what happens when you call.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and no comment boxes. It does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and its own code does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.

Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting company that may keep standard server logs, such as the time of a request and the address it came from. This site does not read those logs to identify you.

Google Fonts and embedded Google Maps on this site

Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. Some pages, the homepage, the Contact page and the pages for each town, also show an embedded Google Map. When a page loads either one, your browser contacts Google, which can see your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. This site has no control over what Google collects.

What happens to the details you give when you call

When you call, the person who answers asks for your street address and a description of the problem. Those details are shared with the plumber who may do the work, so the plumber can help you.

This page does not describe how long call details are kept or whether calls are recorded. Ask the person who answers if you want to know before you share anything.

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write. Use email for questions that are not urgent.
